Mortal Kombat: Legacy (2011)
Mortal Kombat: Legacy is the title of the brand new live action Mortal Kombat webseries. This MK series debuted its first episode on April 12, 2011, in advance of the release of the new Mortal Kombat game. There are supposed to be 10 episodes total.
Mortal Kombat: Legacy is directed by Kevin Tancharoen, who got the job after he made Mortal Kombat: Rebirth, last year's well-received short film, which Tancharoen made on his own in order to pitch Warner Bros. on his take on Mortal Kombat.
MK: Legacy stars Jeri Ryan ("Star Trek: Voyager") as "Sonya Blade," Michael Jai White ("The Dark Knight") as "Major Jackson 'Jax' Briggs" and Darren Shahlavi ("300") as "Kano." ... [more]
